Hey all, Dani here. So...I got all of two hours of sleep Sunday night so I ended up using a personal day from work on Monday. But I got a lot of stuff done around the house while Damian was at work, so I guess it was still a productive day overall. And then yesterday… Continue reading Weekly Wrap-Up (59)

Hey all, Dani here. If you missed it in Adrienne's Calendar Girl post on Monday, the hosts of Calendar Girls have been putting some serious work in behind the scenes to plan out a reading challenge to help keep our minds occupied while we are stuck at home because of the global situation. First thing… Continue reading Calendar Girls Springtime Whirl 2020
Top Ten Reads of 2020 January-March Edition
Hey all, Dani here. So...I was looking at my contenders list for my Top Ten Reads of 2020 Jan-June list yesterday and I realized that there were over 20 on the list already and there are still three months to go before I would write that post. So I asked my book buddies on Twitter… Continue reading Top Ten Reads of 2020 January-March Edition
Review: The Queen of Raiders by Sarah Kozloff
Hey all, Dani here. It has been a pretty great day. We made our weekly trip to the grocery store, and picked up a couple different Instant Pot recipe ingredients, so I'm excited to try them out later. Other than that it has been a pretty lazy day around the house. I played a little… Continue reading Review: The Queen of Raiders by Sarah Kozloff
Review: My Hero Academia: School Briefs Vol 4 by Anri Yoshi
Hey all, Dani here. It has been a pretty decent day so far, even though it is still fairly early in the morning. Review: My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows
Hey all, Dani here. It's the start of another bonus post day. Why? Well because I have a lot of books to talk about, both recent reads and ones I read last year and never got around to reviewing. It seems the only way to get caught up is to do a series of mini-reviews,… Continue reading Review: My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows
March Wrap-Up and April TBRs/Weekly Wrap-Up (58)
Hey all, Dani here. Okay, this might end up being a slightly longer post, because I'm combining my usual weekly wrap-up with my monthly wrap-up. Otherwise I would just end up having two posts that have a 50% overlap and that seemed silly to me. Anyway. Wow, we made it through March and we have… Continue reading March Wrap-Up and April TBRs/Weekly Wrap-Up (58)
Review: Between Burning Worlds by Jessica Brody & Joanne Rendell
Hey all, Dani here. It has been a wonderfully casual day, but that doesn't mean that we didn't do a lot. I guess one of the benefits of being a geeky couple is that we have so many hobbies that don't require us to physically go anywhere. So while we have to go into work… Continue reading Review: Between Burning Worlds by Jessica Brody & Joanne Rendell
