Hey all, Sam here. Yes, I know that today is the last day of July, and I normally would do my wrap-up posts on the 2nd or 3rd of the month. However, I already had planned posts for August 1st-4th due to being at Gen Con....so I didn't want to rearrange those just to fit… Continue reading July Wrap Up
Hey all, Sam here. Well....it feels like June was a bit of a failure when it comes to reading. During the first half of the month it seemed like things were looking great, like I was going to match my reading for May (or possibly even exceed it), but then the second half of the… Continue reading June Wrap-Up
Hey all, Sam here. May has been quite the reading month for me, and I am not at all complaining. I think this was one of the best reading months I've had in a long time (second best month this year). I have completed 19 books in the month of May, and was actually in… Continue reading May Wrap Up
Hey all, Sam here. Well, March was a bit of a mixed bag when it came to reading plans and reading actually completed. I had 12 books on my TBR, and as of right now I've completed 4 of them. Obviously I still have a couple days left in the month, so perhaps I can… Continue reading April TBR
Hey all, Sam here. Wow, we have already finished two months of the year already. In some ways it feels like it has flown by, but in others it has absolutely dragged. I'm so ready for warmer weather. Of course, I can say that 2024 has been a pretty darn great year of reading so… Continue reading February Wrap-Up
Hey all, Sam here. Wow, January was a pretty awesome month for reading, at least for me anyway. I am happy to say that I was having a great time reading, and I found myself finishing up quite a few fantastic reads. The downside was that I wasn't then spending time after finishing each book… Continue reading January Wrap Up
Hey all, Sam here. It's been a little while since I've done a TBR. I started doing a broad seasonal style TBR because my reading desire and mood was so flighty for a while last year...but if my January reading is any indication, I might be back to my normal reading drive, which means I… Continue reading February 2024 TBR
Hey all, Sam here. It feels like I'm a little behind schedule with this post, but I promise that I'm not. Usually in the last week or two of a year, I see so many posts and videos and reels where bookternet folks are posting their top ten reads of the year...and sure, there's nothing… Continue reading Top Twenty Reads of 2023
Hey all, Sam here. I'm posting this a few days later than I had originally planned, and that is mostly because my schedule got changed up a little bit. On any normal work week, I am off on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, which is why I was so excited because it meant I would be… Continue reading #JolabokaflodReadathon 2023 TBR
Hey all, Sam here. Hello everyone...can I just say that 2024 is already looking like an incredible reading year? I'm very excited about it. Not only are there a lot of exciting upcoming releases, but I also still have this awesome backlog of books to work my way through as well. Okay, so basically I… Continue reading 2024 Anticipated Reads (So Far)
