Hey all, Dani here. So, I don't know if I've really mentioned this before, but I enjoy participating in readathons. Now, I'm pretty decent at keeping a reading schedule most of the time, but there's just something about a readathon that only increases my productivity. In 2016 I participated in Dewey's 24 Hour Readathon twice… Continue reading Biannual Bibliothon Summer 2017 TBR

Camp NaNoWriMo Midpoint Check-in
Hey all, Dani here. Wow...we are seriously already halfway through the month of July. Time is just flying by and I don't know that I like it that much. Anyway, today I'm here to give a little insight as to how my Camp NaNoWriMo experience is going so far. And by that, I mean, talk… Continue reading Camp NaNoWriMo Midpoint Check-in
Review: Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw
Hey all, Dani here. I'm back with another early review on a book I received at BookExpo/BookCon. Of course, I was also approved for an e-galley of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. Obviously this is where I state that receiving a copy did not influence my opinion on this book. Oh, and when… Continue reading Review: Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw
Review: Daughter of the Burning City by Amanda Foody
Hey all, Dani here. Today I'm here to talk about a book I picked up at BookExpo this year. I was lucky enough to meet author Amanda Foody and get my ARC signed, and I'll just say right now that she was so nice. I really loved how she wanted to collect the business cards… Continue reading Review: Daughter of the Burning City by Amanda Foody
Mid Year Book Freakout Tag
Hey all, Dani here. Okay, so I've been seeing this tag pop up quite a bit, so it's about time that I just jump on board and do it myself. First I saw it over on Rachel's blog (rachaelrexds), and most recently I saw it on a new book blog I'm following by Dawlyn and… Continue reading Mid Year Book Freakout Tag

Review: Midnight Jewel by Richelle Mead
Hey all, Dani here. I'm back with a full-length book review today for one of my favorite authors. I'm trying to remember exactly which Richelle Mead book was my first and I can't think of if it was Vampire Academy or if I discovered her adult books first. Either way, I own all things Richelle Mead… Continue reading Review: Midnight Jewel by Richelle Mead
Sampler Mini Reviews
Hey all, Dani here. Okay, so today is going to be a tiny bit different from my normal reviews, because today I am going to be doing mini impression reviews for the samplers I picked up while at BookExpo and BookCon. Obviously I won't be able to give a full review or rating to any… Continue reading Sampler Mini Reviews
Top Ten Reads of 2017 (so far)
Hey all, Dani here. This is a continuation of a couple posts I did last year, which I found to be rather fun. Instead of just one post at the end of the year where I try to narrow my reading list down to just a few favorites, I find that it is much easier… Continue reading Top Ten Reads of 2017 (so far)
