Welcome back to the start of another set of Manga Monday review posts. I have actually been juggling quite a bit of duties the past couple of weeks, and it has been challenging but also kind of fun. It also definitely has me thinking about options and such, but I’ll need to sit on the idea for a bit longer before I actually come to a decision. I’m not much for spontaneity.
Oh, but Damian and I do get to go to the zoo again finally on Saturday. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is opening June 12-14 for members only, and you have to “buy a ticket” so they can limit the number of people coming in at any time, and obviously there will be certain restrictions and limitations around the zoo, but we’re still pretty excited about it. We haven’t been to the zoo yet in 2020.
Okay, anyways, let’s just go ahead and jump into the review.

My Thoughts
Rating: 4 stars
This series is slowly improving, which is nice. I mean, it wasn’t a bad series from the beginning or anything. Rather it was just okay for me, but as we get a little farther in and we learn more about the characters and such, I find myself a little more intrigued by things.
Letty is still on the hunt for his dream home, but things aren’t going so well. In fact they keep getting more complicated. He’s already adopted a cute little baby bird, and now it seems like he is picking up another oddball stray like himself, this time in the form of a human girl named Nell.
I feel like Letty’s adventure is going to continue to be adorable and fun, yet completely ridiculous and full of so many random twists and turns. But underneath the fun, it has moments of utter seriousness as well, which is always an interesting dynamic to pull off.
I’ll be honest, I read this book last July and haven’t re-read it in order to write this review, so I’m going based on some quick glances at some reviews on Goodreads as well as the hazy memories I have of reading it. I did just read Volume 4, so I’ll have that review up soon, and it will be a more recent and well-rounded review.
