September Wrap-Up

Hey all, Sam here.

Okay, yes, it has been a while…a little over a month, honestly, since my last post…and I am sorry about that. Between reading (although not finishing as many books as I wanted), work, writing, and D&D, I haven’t had a whole lot of free time for other stuff.

But I still want to start trying to work on getting posts up on here again, so even though my reading wrap-up for September isn’t very big, I still want to share what books I did manage to read while being pretty darn busy at work, and also working on trying to finish up a writing project (which you can hear a little more about in my Write Brave Challenge announcement post–and I’ll have a wrap-up post probably sometime next week after the writing challenge is over).

So let’s just go ahead and jump in. I promise it won’t take long to speed through all the books I completed in September.

The Spellbook Library Vol 1 by Uta Isaki — 5 stars

Hounded by Kevin Hearne — 5 stars

Hexed by Kevin Hearne — 5 stars

Hammered by Kevin Hearne — 5 stars

Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeists by Ali K. Mulford and K. Elle Morrison — 5 stars

See? I told you it wouldn’t take long. There are a handful of other books that I was halfway or so finished with, but ran out of time with, so hopefully my October wrap-up will be a little more impressive.

I’m going to try and sit down and write up a few posts in the next couple of days…maybe some book reviews, some anime discussions/reviews, and maybe some D&D discussion for Tabletop Tuesdays again…we’ll see. I’d certainly like to get back to posting more frequently.

And, since we’re already almost halfway through October, I don’t know that an October TBR would be all that effective, but perhaps I’ll share some of the fall reads I’m hoping to get to in the next month or two.

Anyway, that’s all from me for today. Thanks for stopping by, and I’ll hopefully be back soon with more geeky content.
